Please read all terms of this agreement carefully. By using the Styart app, you agree to all terms of this agreement.

1. Service description

Styart is an AI-powered photo gallery app based on local processing technology, offering:

  • Basic photo management
  • Local AI analysis
  • Face search
  • Smart categorization
  • Natural language search
  • Smart content removal

2. Subscription services

  • Monthly and annual subscription options are available
  • Subscription prices are clearly displayed before purchase
  • Payment will be charged to your Apple Account
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • Subscriptions may be managed in Settings under your Apple Account → Subscriptions
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription

3. User rights and obligations

User rights

  • Use all available app features
  • Receive technical support and customer service
  • Provide feedback and suggestions
  • Cancel a subscription at any time

User obligations

  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Not misuse app features
  • Protect account security
  • Respect intellectual property rights

4. Disclaimer

We are not responsible for:

  • Service interruptions due to force majeure
  • Data loss due to improper use
  • Third-party service availability issues
  • Losses caused by user violations of this agreement

5. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights related to the app belong to Static Fire Technology Co., Ltd., including but not limited to software code, interface design, algorithm models, and trademarks and brands.

6. Agreement modifications

We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time. Modified terms will be announced in the app, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the modified agreement.

7. Termination

We may terminate services in the following cases:

  • User violation of agreement terms
  • App operation cessation
  • Legal or regulatory requirements

8. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of your country of residence and applicable international laws.
