• All photo-related AI processing is performed locally on the device
• Facial feature data is stored and used locally only: used for smart photo categorization and quick search, and never uploaded to the cloud or shared with third parties
• All related data is automatically deleted when the app is uninstalled
• No identity recognition is performed
• Analytics data uses Apple’s privacy-preserving analytics service

4. Subscription services

• Payment will be charged to your Apple Account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device’s Settings under your Apple Account → Subscriptions
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription
